Christina has twenty-three years of experience in air quality and environmental compliance. Christina’s unique background of consulting and industry enables her to pursue the best practical and cost-effective strategies and solutions for both the governmental agencies and with clients. Christina has technical expertise in environmental compliance, regulatory interpretation, waste management and permitting, environmental training, air emission permitting, and annual reporting.
Outside of work Christina enjoys reading, teaching, singing, swimming, and taking cruises to see the world. To date Christina has visited 22 countries, with more on her bucket list. Christina is also working part-time on a Master of Theological Studies at Heritage College and Seminary in Cambridge.
Winnie has sixteen years of experience in air quality consulting. Winnie provides oversight and internal training for air permitting, air dispersion modelling, and air quality impact assessments. Winnie’s particular areas of expertise include carbon policy strategies and management, GHG reporting, environmental air quality training, odour impact assessments, and odour mitigation strategies.
At present, Winnie is working towards her Certificate of Climate Change Polices and Practice at the University of Toronto, to stay current and continue to evolve as an environmental practitioner.
Outside of work, Winnie enjoys spending time in the outdoors running, biking, hiking, swimming, and skiing. During COVID, Winnie has picked up new indoor hobbies such as reading, baking, and playing the violin. Last, but not least, Winnie loves spending quality time with her family.
Neil has fourteen years of experience in air quality consulting. With extensive experience in air permitting, air quality impact assessments, air dispersion modelling and annual reporting, Neil regularly manages and works on emission inventory and air dispersion modelling projects for a wide range of complex industrial facilities. Neil has also developed expertise in GHG quantification and reporting under both the Federal and Ontario regimes in support of carbon management, planning and strategy development for our clients.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys playing a number of sports including basketball, tennis and soccer, hiking and photography.
